Dr. Fiona O’Riordan works as an academic developer in the Teaching Enhancement Unit in DCU. Her research areas include curriculum development and design, engaging pedagogy, and innovative assessment design to promote academic integrity. Some current projects Fiona is working on that supports the use of CBL include Students as Partners in Assessment (SaPiA), and Promoting Academic Integrity. Fiona is one of two DCU National Academic Integrity Network members and has actively contributed to recently launched National Academic Integrity Principles and Lexicon; and Academic Integrity Guidelines.
