From the beginning of the project, we involve the future users of the Collaborative Platform in its conception and design. Therefore, we have planned to organize, in a process of «co-creation», a number of activities that will lead to the elaboration of a Needs Analysis Report. Generically speaking, the activities planned involve the collection of qualitative information addressing the perceived needs of University teachers in terms of the kinds of services and tools that they would like to have available to them in the educational resource centre that we intend to create.
The Needs Analysis Report will take the form of a secondary report (a guide), with sufficient detail to be useful to the ColLab designers and developers, but which can also be published on the website and understood by a wider public of higher education professionals at academic, technical and management levels and which will be informative and interesting (with informal organisation).
